Taqashi Mandi was built around a simple belief 'great food takes time'. Inspired by the traditional Arabian cooking methods of Yemen and the Middle East, every mandi we serve is slow-cooked with patience, layered spices, and fire that never rushes the process.
Our rice is infused with cardamom, saffron, clove, cinnamon, and stock simmered for hours. The chicken is cooked until it falls effortlessly from the bone. The Al Faham meets real open coal flames for the smoky finish that defines authentic Arabian grilling.
What started as a single kitchen grew into multiple outlets across Kerala not by changing the recipe, but by protecting it. Every plate that reaches the table carries the same warmth, aroma, and craft that built Taqashi from the beginning.
